I know this is short notice, but I have been asked to send a message out to the group that there will be werewolf games tonight at the Double Tree by Loyd's Center. Chad Fowler and Marcel Molina(sp?) will be sponsoring the games. Meet at the lobby at 9.

Last month I was contacting by an Oregonian reporter asking if she could come to out gathering and write about werewolf. I told her that she was welcomed to come as long as she played. She was unable to make it last month, wants to come to this month's gathering, and wants to bring a photographer. I am not sure how you guys feel about a photographer from the Oregonian being there taking pictures while we played, so I told her I would ask. Is it okay with you if she brings a long a photographer?

Hey Guys,

There are three opportunities this month to play Werewolf. This weekend is BarCamp Portland, at Cube Space. (http://www.barcamp.org/BarCampPortland). We will be playing on Friday and Saturday nights once the day time activities have concluded. You should at least come out to BarCamp if you don't want to stay and play Werewolf. Its a lot of fun!

In less than two weeks we will be gathering at the Lucky Lab for the thirteenth time! I can't believe that it has been a year since we started Portland Werewolf. It has been a lot of fun.

Please come out on the 9th and join us to celebrate our year of werewolf games with, what else, some more werewolf games.

If you are coming please make sure that you RSVP via upcoming (link below). We would like to get a close to accurate count of people that will be there this time. There may be something up our sleeve and it would help us out to know how many people to expect.

Hey Guys,

The March gathering is scheduled for March 12th a week from today. It is also the tail end of SXSW, which I believe about half of us will be getting back to Portland that day.

I called the Lucky Lab yesterday to see if we could reschedule to the following week, but they were pretty much booked, except for St. Patty's Day March 17th, weird.

Last night, at Todd's suggestion, I checked out the room at Vincente's and it felt too small. They have a pool table, fusball, tv...There really wasn't a good place for us to sit around and play.

So what do you guys think? Those of us that can, can still get together on the 12th. We can reschedule it to the 17th, or maybe do it somewhere else.

Hey Guys,

The next Gathering is a week away, and we are still having it at the Lucky Lab. For various reasons, time being one of them, we have not located a different venue and due to the level of donations last month we are giving the Lucky Lab another go. At this point we have it booked until April.

We had a great response to donations last time. They basically covered the cost of the room. Thank you so much for those that donated. We are planning on having a "donation can" this time and asking for donations. We haven't in the past because we just wanted to get people together to play werewolf, but now that the room fee has gone up we greatly appreciate your contributions.
